Tuscan Stereo Wiring

Going to fit a new head unit tomorrow - will tackle the speakers at a later date. Removed the old (knackered) stereo and splayed the wires (pic below).

I've had a good search on PH for a wiring colour guide, but every potential hit just led to a since deleted pic or since deleted diagram.

Could someone confirm that I have the identified wires below right, and please enlighten me as to what the Red / White Stripe wire and Solid Green wire are?

You will very likely find that green is fused ignition and red/white is illumination

That red you have labelled as ignition should be battery positive
