C7s how many?

Is there any way of finding out how many c7s of all 3 variants are currently uk registered?

Best estimate would be all those under the following category are C7.

There may be some that get registered incorrectly, so could be listed elsewhere, or vice-versa.

On average there are probably double the amount of Vettes known and registered to CCCUK members - I would say there perhaps significantly more C7's out there owed by 'ordinary' mortals who don't want to be CCCUK or PH members - plus a few 'early' imported C7's that have been hanging around in dealers stock. Perhaps 30 maximum? - why not ask Kevin Hurle DP at Ian Allen Motors - actually I'll ask him as I'll be spending a few days with him at the Excel show later this week.

I did try this but it wasn’t to clear, for me anyway

Ian Allen must have sold more than 8 cars a year in 4 years, plus the odd import... maybe 80? Just a guess! Was down there today and 3 sold C7s (including mine :-) are waiting to leave just today.

Perhaps you are correct - so many are 'invisible' being sold to non-enthusiasts who may simply buy the car as a alternative to a European car?

I bought a mustang s197 in 07 and there wasn’t many to be seen on the road,which appeals to me, still pretty rare car now but I do see them quite regular especially now the rhd s550 is being sold in uk. So the rarity of the corvette is a big plus.

I did try this but it wasn’t to clear, for me anyway

My interpretation based on the DVLA data in the image below is upwards of 67. Estimate from the thread above of 80ish could also be good.

I guess on top of the 67 you can add the 8 additional Grand Sports in 2017 (when it came out) and the 3 or 4 additional Z06s 2016/17, plus I know they have sold at least 6 or 7 more between September and now as I've seen them at Ian Allen (and quite possibly there's a few more, I don't keep tabs on a regular basis!). So I'm revising my guess to 85-90!

Kevin and I calculated that allowing for the cars that IAM have sold to date, the few that BM sold and ones that have privately imported it amounts to 65 minimum all variants.

I'll be adding my Z06 to that list in May I hope....I'm back but the car isn't yet!
