There's a garage somewhere in Washington where you can rent a bay to rebuild a classic car. Don't know what it's called or where it is, but I wonder if they have anything to do with it.

It could be the North East Restoration Club.

They're in Pattinson Industrial Estate in Washington and used to hold a small show on the field opposite their unit.

Could be completey wrong of course
