Not that funny in itself but, it does sound scarily like all the "Speed Kills!" shrieking that goes on these days.

Have you read the story of that chap with the prosthetic face?

Sniffed a loaf to see if it was off, got mould spores up his nose that proceeded to eat his face off from the inside out.

Nasty stuff that bread...

There's an element pf truth in this. Eat no Bread for a month. Then eat it before going to sleep for say 3 nights running. I guarantee your body temperature will begin to fluctuate, and there's a good chance you will begin to sweat quite a bit while you sleep.

I love bread....
It doesnt love me.......

I have to eat a gluten free diet these days...
not a true caelic but def feel better for no bread.

No bloating
No Bowl probs.....(sorry!!!)

and Ten pounds lighter
