Just watching this on Virgin, channel 254.
Some amazing information about ships that were built, sunk, wasted etc.
The German fleet of 52 battleships etc, scuttled by their own crews in Scapa Flow after the war ended.
The American plan to build 1000 wooden steamships, that failed, so they scrapped the two hundred that did get built and sunk the remains in Mallows Bay.
Nothing really new, but all together in one program, pretty painful to watch in places.
