Need to be PC / "diverse" for a promotion

Anyway, one of the lads in the office is up for a job and we reckoned he'd be best filling in the "ethnic origin" section creatively (joking of course!)... so, we've come up with THE most PC thing we can think of...

A white Rhodesian, half cast with a bushPERSON of the Calahari, who is a disabled, lesbian, single mother.

Anyone got any better (funnier) ideas...?
