Neil Greer [Biggles] Memorial

Not sure if many on here knew Neil but for those who did, there is a memorial planned for this Saturday, 4pm at Dubai Polo Club. More details here:

Neil was the founder of GPH and could often be seen flinging his bright orange escort around the autodrome. Latterly he decided to enter and compete in the UAE F4 series in similar tango colour scheme despite being old enough to have sired the rest of the grid! He was always happy to lend advice, tools or garage time to those of us who needed it and was an all round top bloke. He will be missed.

I was shocked when I saw this on FB. He truly was a really nice bloke and a true petrolhead - RIP Neil and condolences to his family.

Remember seeing that Escort at a DA trackday I did in the Corvette a few years ago, had a quick chat with him then... seemed a really genuine guy. RIP.
