Where to find Axle Load Front /Rear & Type Approval Number

I live in Germany and have just bought a UK Registered Ford S-Max 2.0 TDCi (2016). I am trying to buy a set of winter tyres for this car through Reifen.com. They are asking me for the Axle Load Front, Axel Load Rear and Type Approval Number for my vehicle before they will take the order. Where can I find These?

I think a decent tire shop would be able to find those data in their own database
Did you try other shops or the local Ford dealer ?
You would need a glance on a "Fahrzeugbrief" (big paper with vehicle data for the owner)
or a "Fahrzeugschein" (small paper with excerpts from the Fahrzeugbrief, to be kept by driver),
because those data are on these documents, see them and write them down.
What kind of Ford did you buy, engine size, hp ?
