Took delivery of a rhodium OP 114300 today. Lovely watch which is nice and understated making it perfect for some environments (like client meetings).

However, does the PH community have any idea how to make micro adjustments on the clasp? Had a link taken out by the AD but got a bit warm in the office and it’s feeling a bit tight.

It doesn’t have an easy link and I can see the micro adjustment indentations but am baffled how to release it. There’s no clearly accessible spring bar.

It’s made me appreciate how amazing the glide lock is on my hulk though.

You need to use a spring bar removal tool and get in between the clasp and final link. See around 30 mins in on this video.

Amazing, all done. Took less than 5 mins. Now on the loosest setting - I’ll wear it for a day and if it’s still too tight put a link back in and have it on the smallest setting.
