Corvette C2 Convertible value

Hi Vette guys and gals,we are looking at taking this beautiful C2 in part and just wanted help with the value on it,its a 1965 restored model that was originally bought from classic and collectibles in Las Vegas

For some the lack of 'originality' will be an issue - 350 cu in will be from a later car - should be 327 cu in. Sidepipes are after-market. Hood (bonnet) looks incorrect. Value - depending on condition - £35K through to £60K - former being a 'worn' but restorable car with non-matching number parts - £60K + for good original matching numbers vehicle.

If its got a 350 in it then its not original as the only options were the 327ci & 396ci motors, so its a non matching number car (does effect value to a degree as most people want a matching number car, more so stateside but getting more common over here as long term value is what's on peoples minds these days) current prices for a good matching number convertible seems to be mid to late £40's at the moment but prices do vary a lot, difficult to price a car unseen and not wanting to offend the current owner, but broadly speaking I would say mid £30k's to early £40ks but again hard to say without seeing it and noting what else is non correct
