Just wondering if anybody can supply recommendations for workshops in Abu Dhabi to carry out servicing & maintenance on US imports, such as Camaro/Challenger/Mustang ?
Also looking for suggestions on places who can carry out paint correction. Currently looking at used cars and the swirl marks in the paintwork on relatively new stuff is shocking ! Would be good to find a place capable of doing paint correction to remove small scratches and swirl marks, and then applying a ceramic coat or similar.

Thanks in advance.

For paint detailing I use Executive Car Care. They use Meguires products and I have sent a number of black cars that are full of swirl marks. Cars come back looking better than new and all for AED 650. They are pretty gentle too so no major paint removal.

I have yet to find a quality mechanical garage in Abu Dhabi. Prestige are definitely one of the better ones though

Good stuff - thank you. I'll contact both of them next week. This is a black car too with lots of swirl marks.

Just wanted to say thanks. Dropped the car into Executive Car Care a couple of weeks ago and had them do a paint correction and ceramic coat. Total transformation, given where they had to start from! Lol

A bit late but xconcepts autospa (dubainand Abu Dhabi) do top work using gyeon products. Call Adnan at their Dubai workshop and tell him the boys at ZRT sent you.

Do executive car care do interiors too?

I could use a decent detailer in AD

There is a decent place for interiors down by the fish market, they only do interiors. You need to leave the car with them for 3hrs.

Really? Didnt know that - thats really close too!

Is that the big car wash place behind the fish market? If so I might need to try it. Would leave 3hrs to browse the boat shops. :-) (OK, I'd go home inbetween.

Swirl marks are caused by wiping with gritty cloth.

Best way to mitigate is stick to ADNOC car washes.

I bought this used, and the paintwork was destroyed with swirl marks, as you say from poor washing.
After the paint correction and ceramic coat it now gets the two bucket wash and rinse with a hose.
