Any one have a remapped engine
Thoughts? Keen to see what the remap is like... performance? Mpg, reliability etc

Just buy a Cooper S, Minis should not be diesel.

Ok, go and drive the diesel and the petrol version, decide which one you prefer, if its the diesel then you will probably find there are not many remapped Sd's, most people modify the S. Those that go down the route of the SD usually find it has enough torque. You might want to have a look on total mini.

Ha ha,, Had both country man SD remapped yes real good gains and worth doing, have a cooper S now , much nicer pops and bangs too in sport mode, Wifes cars but i drive to fill with fuel , now with the cooper S I enjoy more, My cars a SQ5, I do enjoy the petrol mod just for a change, But Yes a remap is worth it with every diesal , Do it you will enjoy.

I'm interested in the options for the SD. Most likely go for a tuning box (which can I believe give up to c212bhp) rather than a re-map so I don't risk invalidating the warranty etc
