First time going to the WRC at sweet lamb this year and have a few Q's I haven't been able to find an answer for. (yet).

-What's the parking situation like, how early should I get to the car park to get a parking spot not too far away or how early should I get to the stage in general.
-Is it feasible to visit the one of the other two stages between SS3 and SS6?
- Facilities; Are we allowed to bring small disposable BBQ's or are there food vans on site?

I think that's all for now, any other advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks biggrin

Sweet Lamb has a decent parking area ,went last year with PH.

Food vans on site ,last year anything BBQed would have been drenched from the drizzle.

I got there at about 3am last year after driving non stop from Surrey in a failed attempt to get some sleep when I got there.

I would try to arrive at least 2 hours before first competing car is due.

Rushing off to another stage on the same day is something I used to do ,can't be bothered with that now ,people still try it but turning

up late at the next stage could mean a very long walk and missing leading cars.

We have been to Sweet Lamb for a few years and arriving 2 hours before the first car should be fine, there is a very large parking area near the stage.
We may go to Dyfi on Saturday this year though as the national rally does not run on Friday so there will be a long gap between the 2 runs.
£30 each is a bit steep but will be good to see the new cars, have a good day.

Steve

PS are there any free Pistonheads tickets this year please!

I was hoping for this but unless a quick giveaway competition pops up ,it seems we're out of luck.
