Hard to believe this is the last one already but here we are.

Will it be Sutton or Turkington who prevails? I would love to see Sutton win as I think he's put together a great season which really goes against the grain in terms of BTCC Championship winners. Usually it's the experienced drivers who have learned the racecraft and nous to string a season together that win (with the odd exception), but Sutton has just smashed it this year.

There is a part of me that thinks Turkington will sneak it though due to experience of being in a title fight a few times before. He will need to get his elbows out though!

I'm a Turkington fan, but actually would like to see Sutton take the title after year of kicking his team mates arses. A new champion is always good too IMO.

Given the year he's had I think it would be great if Sutton won tbh, but I'd be equally happy for Turkington as he's always been one of the decent / fair drivers over the years.

So long as Shedden doesn't win it again, for what would be the third year running, i'll be happy hehe

I'd like Sutton to win after spending all year making Plato think up excuses. Although any one who isn't in a Honda is fine by me.

Cant find a complete grid but it's

Goff
Moffat
Sutton
Austin
Chilton
Neal.
Ingram
Hill
Morgan
Plato

Poor weather could mix it all up.

Just seen Collard has withdrawn from the weekend for health reasons.

I don't mind who out of Sutton or Turkington wins, realistically i don't think anyone else has a chance.

Is it possible the Wookie made up most places in that ?..... From 26th to 14th ?

Colin never stood a chance stuck behind 3 cars for so long.

What the hell is Ash Sutton up to?

Looks as though he wants to give the title to Turkington.

Great drive from Turkington but im not sure the move on Moffat was entirely fair.

Push to pass move, he can't get away with that.

I don't think that was entirely intentional by Turkington, he was better than the Hondas under braking and that's saying something, and probably got caught out by Moffat's braking ability (or lack thereof) with max ballast. Considering all the contact the Hondas get away with, I think it should be left alone and let the championship play out in the last race.

I thought Turkington always claimed he was above that, must have been taking lessons from his team mate and the Honda team

I'll just drive into the back of everyone with worse brakes than me in my races and see how far I get.

I was going to post Is this the best race of the year ?

And then Colin punts Moffat, unnecessary IMO as he looked to have winning pace anyway.

When David Addison said,Can Colin get on the podium, when he took 6th,I said no chance with 2 Hondas in front.
What do I know ?

Great race for Turks, it's a shame about the Moffat move but it did look like he braked early and if it had been anyone other than Turkington who is known for clean racing you would have thought it was a push to pass.

It did look like everyone helped him a little as they seemed to give him room, the Hondas for once kept it clean so top marks to them.

Always liked Turkington for his clean racing but that push to pass should be penalised , bet it won't though to keep the last race interesting.
