Dumb speakers question

I was going to lube up my door hinges at the weekend as the passenger door is very stiff and creaks. The drivers side has dropped a little so hopefully just needs adjusting.
I didn't get very far though, I wasn't sure how the grille on the speakers are removed and i didn't want to break them. Does anyone know do they just pull off or do they twist/screw off ?

The grilles just push into the plastic mounts (that's if mine are same as yours), afterall it's a TVR

Do you have any details on how the hinges are accessed/ adjusted and what to look out for ?
