Half a dozen left over sausages to have tonight.

What would you do with them?

Cooked or raw?

If cooked could you chuck them in a yorkshire pudding batter to make toad in the hole? (don't know if they'd end up overcooked), if raw home made scotch eggs would get my vote.

Skin off, split in half/three/four depending on how large they are and then fry gently until browned.
Make a tomato sauce in another pan.
Serve with pasta

Sam.

Sausage Roast...

Cut the sausages into small pieces, into all oil along with some cubed spuds (say 1cm cubes). Roast in the oven then through over some spices (italian herb type stuff)

Serve with peas!

If uncooked:

1) Cook
2) Put between some buttered bread, condiment of choice, and eat.

If uncooked, dispense with point #1

Why over complicate things...

Red sauce, brown sauce or no sauce at all?

"Left-over sausages"?? No such thing. Much like left-over wine.

Sausages with mustard mash, fried onions and baked beans would be my choice.

Get a bowl with your favourite sauces in them for dipping.

Heat sausages up if cooked, cook if not cooked.

Then just dip them in each condiment as finger food. Curry, mustard, tomato, cheese and onion obviously highly recommended.

How can you give a suggestion on no such thing? You are obviously a left over sausage virgin!

This is the correct answer. For me a council-esque red sauce please.

Because I always eat all the sausages!!!
No sausage is going to survive a night in the fridge (or neighbors lawn) in my house!

Red and no butter.
