Hi all,
I think this is probably the wrong section but need some quick help with a new system and this forum has by far the most traffic on PH. My mate had his laptop nicked today on the way back to uni and so needs a new system. Has a budget of 500-600 quid for a pre-built system. Specs should include a TFT, possibly a DVD-R and reasonbly graphics (or at least the ability to upgrade when finances are better). No real preferences as to AMD/Intel etc and it neednt include OS, we have a copy.
Quick responses would be great as he needs the system ASAP with deadlines coming up.
