Posting Rule 21 - What is it and where is the list

Just had a post removed from the cycling forum for "Rule 21". I've tried to find "The Rules" but not had much success. I can only assume it was naming and shaming??

If so how can advice to avoid a particular supplier which is by their own admission having technical difficulties that are causing customers to be billed multiple times for the same item be classed as naming and shaming?

21.Do not name and shame any company or individual, or post content which could cause reputational damage or which could be deemed as libellous or defamatory.

TBH, I read it the other day and just saw it as a heads up to anyone.

Correction I know why I didn't see them. You have to be viewing a post to see the link for posting rules. Would make more sense to put it at the bottom of the forums as well and in the search index.
