The wheel arches/size of wheels/proportions are the least good parts of a Singer....everything else is so sodding good though that I don't think it matters.

Not dislike, I hugely respect what they are doing, but today I'm a bigger fan of workshop 5001!

Look at that '73 911 cloud9

The Gunther Werks 993 is not to my taste, mainly due to the wheels.. But I'm sure it is a great car nonetheless!

I'd prefer an accurate (aesthetically) 993 RS rep, be it Clubsport look or small spoiler pack with all the engine, transmission and suspension mods from the Gunther. Would be my perfect aircooled car.

Personally I'm not keen on the cartoonish retro look, but their attention to detail, particularly with regard to the engine has to be admired. As someone earlier said, the Workshop 5001 is more to my tastes. Below if anyone missed it

Actually the 993 does not look bad at all. Very GT2 esque without the stainless steel bolted flares. For racing. If an arch gets damaged easy to replace

The 5001 car looks gorgeous. The Singer creations just look contrived, the wheels look ridiculous, arches the same. If Kim Kardashian were a car, she would be a Singer.

Looks a bit like a dragster with huge rear wheels and a small front end that will lift under acceleration. Or one of those whacky racer machines.

This kit car (as my mate calls them lol ) looks the bks imo and more what I would do

looks nice and a small flare at the rear. best kit car at the pre 74 classics event even if he could not park in the main carpark ;-)

after a bit of digging it's looks built on a back date 1986 model.

sweet ;-)

It'd be great to see what Singer would do with the 993.
Wonder if they'll ever do it.

I think it looks great. Whats not to like. Its my bedroom wall car from when I was kid and would make me feel like a kid all over again. Love it

What I don't get is what people charge for 'retro' cars . Appreciate there is many man hours that go into them and it's personal taste but for the 285k P Stephens asks for a 'recreation' I'd be buying an original GT Porsche

Red 993: absolutely not, as far from my cup of tea as possible.

Grey 1972 911: yes please, small, slim hips, no spoilers- perfect.
