Sadev Upgrade (Slightly different)

Good afternoon,
I am beginning my research into potential winter upgrades and top of the list is to install a Sadev Gearbox. I know that the install has been done many times before and DCL has posted a diary on his installation, however I am looking at installing the gearbox without the tail housing and asking for any experience with this type of installation.
My main concern is that without the tail housing the prop shaft will be rigid mounted being flanged on both ends and this may result in undue stresses being applied to the drivetrain causing potential reliability problems as although the diff doesn’t move the engine and gearbox does. I race in 40 minute races therefore a robust solution is a must.
My research this far has shown that it will need a new mounting made on the chassis and I will need to make some bracketry for the actuator (paddle shift). On consulting with Sadev the weight difference is 2kg.
Advice and experience much appreciated.
