Beware Windscreen Cleaners

Driving through North London tonight in a mate’s car, we stopped at the lights and some guy rushes up and tries to clean the windscreen. So while my mate is protesting and telling him to stop, I notice someone else at the passenger side door looking suss, but don’t particularly feel like getting out and getting knifed. Eventually, we pull away as the lights change, the guy who tried to clean the windscreen hurling abuse and generally falling over in the road, obviously off his face.
When we got home, we decided to check the car and found that the scrote who'd been at the passenger side had been happily keying the back passenger side door. Anyone else had this?

presumably these scum work at the same lights each day?

At Hendon Wood lane there is a T-junction, turn left onto Totteridge Lane which will take you to a set of traffic lights where you turn left onto Whetstone High Road. That's where they were, methinks.
