Help! - the plate just wont budge.

Rear plate needs to be changed but it will not budge. Not keen on breaking the plate just to get it off, any idea's?

Two cans of red bull later and the darn thing is off, phew!

I was going to suggest a 6-pack of Heineken or Old Speckled Hen (depending on your preference!) then give it another go... hope you can sleep tonight
