Need Oil advice

So im looking to do an oil change on my 2009 vw 1.4 tsi ( turbo and supercharged)

I dont have the manual and all the sites, shops and forums i check out say either 0w-30 or 5w-30

so its narrowed down to those two however obviously i dont want to use the wrong oil especially due to the turbo

What would be the best oil to use for this car and if possible an explanation of why

No one with answers to this?
I my case I think of the camshaft chain more than the turbo.
What would be a better choice for the chain?
