Scratching my head...

New job, and 3 weeks in, as a chauffeur.
Its a learning curve for all as this is the first time the boss has had their own private chauffeur. I like it and everything is going well but I can see there may be a few early teething problems, so here is my scenario.
Boss currently away on a break and arrives back tomorrow night and I'm collecting them from the airport.
Originally my boss told me that tomorrow she would like me to go to a garage in/near Brentwood in Essex and clean a vintage vehicle. I have seen said vehicle and I could have it looking fantastic in approx 3 hours.
I then have to go to West London to pick up the boss's car and clean this before heading off to the airport to collect them. The main vehicle is filthy as i used it on Tuesday to run from West London, to Gloucester and Wiltshire, then back to London in all that rain, I finished at 8pm that night and have been off today.
To get the main vehicle looking like new, on my own is going to take 3-4 hours. I'm anal and know exactly what it needs to be up to standard, the problem is I may not have this time depending on what happens beforehand?
I have emailed the PA 3 times today, about how she best wants me to play tomorrow but as of yet still no reply and beings I'm the new kid on the block I am a little uneasy on upsetting the apple cart but at the same time don't want to be the fall guy.
So I have no address as to where vehicle 1 is yet, and quite how the day will pan out. I'm pretty certain that all my new boss will be interested in is me being at the airport on time, suited and booted and with her car in an immaculate condition.
As I see it, I'll expect an email at 'about' 9am from the PA telling me some sort of plan...
If I get the details for vehicle 1 I'll go and find it and get it spotless, luckily I have all the valeting gear in the boot of my car as I thought this may happen. If it pans out this way by the time I get to the house to do vehicle 2 I just won't have the time I need so I'll get suited up and run it to a very good hand car wash service I know. They will have it done in 30 minutes and it will look as good as if I had spent 4 hours on it. The problem is it will cost £20, (not my money, out of my expenses) but it seems a wasted cost when they have a chauffeur?
Yes, yes as normal I have probably over thought this, but I really don't like f
king up I'm only interested in trying to get it right.
Any thoughts?

I have worked for one of the wealthiest families in the world for several years now and the situation/plans changes from one second to the next , being fluid and adaptable twinned with some brains is half the battle , having a decent work ethic and accepting that you're going to have to learn the nuances as you go is the other half.
Our drivers have the cars cleaned everyday and then just wipe them down as the day goes on to keep them looking tidy.
Don't over think it, you have a solution to the problem. No drama!
Thanks ^^^^^^^
I know exactly what is required from the car cleaning side of things, I just think because its new to them it will take a while to fall into place.
I'll make sure the main vehicle is always spot on, and happy to do any others I get tasked with as best I can, it may just take a bit of time management and tactical thinking

Of Boss Lady and PA if you can sort please?
Genuinely interested. Did that sound funny in your head? Are you actually, truly, desperate for images of women that may or may not be attractive to you? Do think that's the kind of thing the cool kids are saying and you want to be in their gang?Of Boss Lady and PA if you can sort please?
