Hi all

I'm off to a party on Saturday night (nothing new there) with my usual crowd as well (nothing new there). There'll be much alcohol involved (nothing new there) and much fun is intendted to be had (nothing new there).

So....a couple of people going suggested a fwe party games...the usual twister was suggested, but I wondered if anyone else had some crackers....be they games you do yourself, or proper buy-from-somewhere-board-games?!

All thoughts appreciated...
Tony

Won't the usual drinking games suffice?

I once took part in a great one based on Neighbours but cant remember for the life of me how it went. Anyone?

My advice would be to steer well clear of spin the bottle. I played this with four friends 18 months ago. While I cheerfully admitted to everything and anything to avoid taking my clothes off or kissing anyone present (even my ex ) things happened and let's just say, I am no longer friends with any of them apart from my ex.

'usual' drinking games would be good...though I don't know of course what's usual for you guys so if you can educate me it'd be great...but I was thinking of anything and everything really! Just something a bit different!

One of my best mates is the queen of party games. I'll give her a call later and mail you some ideas. She has enough up her sleeve to keep you going all weekend. They will require props and prizes though.

It's always worth taking a few practical jokes to play to keep yourself amused. Stink bombs are a particular favourite :bigkid:

I've heard many women talking about the fun games they've played at Ann Summers parties. I think they do a book of them...

keep it simple......a drinking game like 'Spoof'

failing that try outright debauchery.....'dance of the flaming arsehole$' or 'depth charge'

If there are several nice ladies present, why not treat them to a late night showing of that classic movie:

'Attack of the One-Eyed Trouser Snake'.

What's "spoof" ?

really simple......a group of mates in a circle......each holds 3 coins in one hand .....at the start of each round everyone places 'coin' hand in pocket and selects an amount (i.e. 0 to 3 coins) then you all put your coin 'fist' back into the centre of the circle concealing the amount of coins you've selected within.
you take it in turns to guess the possible amount( all guesses must be different and the person who calls first moves on by one person clockwise each round)
i.e. if 7 players have x 3 possible coins each.....guess is between 0 and 21 coins

each 'round' the person who gets it right drops out of the circle....this continues until the last two people are left 'in'.....by which time the tension is usually unbearable! (i.e. the forfeit is either a round of highly expensive drinks or some nasty 'dare') and the permutations few.......psyche your mate out!

hope i got that right?

Flippin funny when you are in a sesh!
