C6 tail light bulb holders

Long shot I know....

Has anyone converted their US spec C6 Corvette to euro lights and kept the US spec tail light bulb holders?

I'm doing the reverse conversion at the moment and have the lenses but not the bulb holders (which are different to the euro spec).
