What about designing or documenting governance, reporting, KPI and metrics, process etc?

mikees - I deleted my previous posts but realised this morning that I ought to say thanks for the prompt. I dipped back into my copy of the first 90 days and it's been a good back to basics reminder. I'll crack on for now, there's no point dithering whilst I wait for sign off for the role change
