Rumour has it, old Murray's going a bit senile and keeps forgetting what he's just done. See any sign of it?

Nice bloke though.

"Oh, thank you for the leg lacerations and resulting scar tissue, Mr. Moss, I shall treasure them always and show them to my friends and relatives with pride!"

He used to own an advetising agency that had loads of successes with various well known advertising slogans.

His greatest success however was:

'A Mars a day helps you work rest and play.'

So there you go!

Matt.

Worked with Craig Johnston (ex-liverpool player) last year. He's a total nightmare to work with, and has an shite annoying Aussie accent.

He's got some top quality pub stories though, but an ego to match too

I was queing with other marshalls for breakfast at Brands in the 70s when Murray tried to get into the queue.
When my mate resisted, Murray said "do you know who I am?"
"Yup" was the reply!

Met Penny and Mike Brewer of Driven on one of there "drive any car and thrash the st out of it" days at Bruntingthopre (140 round the oval in a Alfa Spider 3.0 ).

Asked him if he was a 40 a day man, as I had a bet on with a mate that he looked like a smoker. I then asked for a ciggy! Didnt look too pleased.

Oh and TV makes Penny's assets look bigger and smaller, if you know what I mean.

I met Kevin Keegan in a lift just after he'd taken over at Newcastle.
I stood open mouthed, finally blurting out "You're Kevin Keegan!" at him.
To cut a long story short, he was very nice and chatty. Later on he bought me a pint in the hotel bar, you can imagine the looks on my workmates faces when Kevin Keegan comes over to me "Alright Mark, what you drinking?"......

I got buzzed by a some yellow car once and decided to catch it up to give the driver a mouthfull (actually I was rather annoyed that he/she took the corner quicker and slingshotted past me) I eventually caught the offender up and was rather pleased to see Vicki Butler Henderson behind the wheel!

She just smiled and drove off. (obvioulsy not being able to contain her excitement in finally meeting me. Poor girl is in denile)

I can see a VBH thread coming on....

Met Joe Guest (Granada Men & Motors) during MG's hospitality do at Knockhill T/cars. Nice girl!
