Taken from the local rag web shite - why does this not suprise me - especially as Essex is one of the areas to allow the Police to 'reinvest' the money from the fines.

A million tickets handed out - and you can bet that a lot of those have bounced people over the 12 points. Whats the cost to the country and individual families for that??
