Brooklands Double Twelve two day event is June 18 and 19 . Two day event covering all sorts of Motorsport both vintage and classic/ modern.
Re opening of the start / finish straight after the historic hanger move etc .

Went today & as always Brooklands know how to do things.
Apparently on Saturday celebrating the opening of the finishing straight there was some dam dangerous driving in very old cars by those who should know better, getting carried away in the excitement & of course showing off.. NO proper barriers just some flimsy fencing.
Even amongst the die hard ye olde enthusiasts there were some raised eyebrows.
