How to raise an issue during a job trial.

I have a 2 day trial coming up this week for a job I'd really like, (a chauffeur role.)
The interview seemed to go really well with the client and their P.A and i'm assuming it is looking positive based on the fact I've been asked to do the trial, and my references have already been checked as have my licence and CRB checks.
I applied for the job last Sunday online, got a call 1st thing Tuesday and was interviewed Wednesday by the client and the P.A
Part of the job description was that I'd start each day at 6-6.30am pick the car up and go to a specific place to collect some items and then return to the clients house to collect them and carry on from there. This would be West to East London and return.
During the interview the client worked out that due to my home address I would pass the above mentioned spot on the way to their house and so it was mentioned that if it suited me I could collect the goods on the way through.
This would indeed suit me as it would give me a better start time, the problem is that I would then incur the daily congestion charge after picking the items up to make good progress at that time of day to get to the clients house. I just checked the congestion zone and could just skirt around it on the north side to get to the start point at the clients house, but think time and traffic could then be against me.
If i went the most direct route in my own car it would cost me approx £57.50p per week. I haven't checked yet if there is a reduced rate for a weekly pass so to speak.
How best do I raise this during my trial this week?

Their vehicle is currently used in central London daily so already pays full congestion charge, if I use mine instead of going to collect their vehicle first obviously the cost will double.
Although money is no object, I just wonder if it would create an issue for them? Probably not and I am maybe over thinking it I'm just trying to cover all the bases.

Their business would not involve me at any time liasing with Cartel members for the movement of talcum powder.
A family that can afford a chauffeur can afford £57 a week on your congestion charge. Is this by any chance the job I pointed you towards? Once you've got the job could you take their car home.
You could raise the issue as a part of your professionalism (you could even say this was a part of your remit previously) at the end of your trial or at an appropriate moment by asking what is their expenses claims system/how do they handle it? They'll probably ask what expenses so have your list ready Fuel oil tyres emergency repairs or punctures sundries cleaning kit for the car, additional insurance costs on your own vehicle as you'll be using it for their business purposes on the way into work (it's not commuting), would you have authority to hire a car in the event that their car is unavailable due to an issue and finally add in congestion charge. Bingo!
Edited to add: you'd also have a legitimate mileage claim for fuel from the puck up point into work as that's the point it changes from commuting to business use.

Minor snag, nothing to worry about. There was a DEA raid on the supply grounds. Normal service will be resumed as soon as the usual bribes are paid to the usual intermediaries. There was some talk about a currency hang-up at the Chinese end of the deal, but the Turkish dude assures me that this is just a blip. Chill.

Cracking 
I had revised the routes for the 2 days and was pretty certain I could do the lot with out the need for navigation aids. Several bits of a4 now in the bin.
