My gf has a 2006 kona lisa ht, it came with marzocchi mz 100 forks which whilst are ok, she doesnt seem heavy enough to get the most out of them, plus theyre really heavy...

So i'm after a 1&1/8 steerer, 26" wheel,qr drop out, disk mounted fork with 100-130 mm travel, thats light and has lock out. Budget 500 max i think... The key feature is the weight really and a smooth action !

Thanks

Rock Shox Reba and SID are a solid bet. Not to heavy and they come up for sale occasionally for under £300. There are really swanking versions with carbon steerers etc but I doubt you want to go that far.
