anyone had a Chrysler Voyager 2.8 diesel remapped ?
Discussion
Asking for a friend...
has anyone ever had a mk3 (?...2000-2007 ) Chrysler Voyager 2.8 Diesel remapped?
and was it worth it....was there much economy advantage or performance advantage.
A friend has a 2005 2.8 Diesel Auto voyager and is considering a remap to try and get better fuel economy, but wanted to hear from someone who has actually had it done to their own car and not just the usual sales pitch from a remap company.

I've had my 2009 Grand Voyager remapped. It has made it more spritely on the motorway, much better acceleration when pulling out and much better to drive with the extra torque. Economy has benefitted by about 10% but remember they are a heavy, lumbering car so economy is never going to be great.
We cover about 40k miles a year so a 10% saving has more than covered the cost of remap.
