Changed to LED?
Discussion
I changed the side, dip beam and rear tail/stop lights to LED.
World of difference.
I used this supplier http://bettercarlighting.co.uk/.

Are you talking about the fitting or the bulb?
If the fitting is falling off then putting an LED bulb in it won't help.
You can try these:

assuming the hole is 20mm or less (you can always make it larger).
I've used them and they are also available in amber / yellow / orange for use as side indicator repeaters - although I know for a fact that the factory hole for the side repeater is bigger than 20mm - worth considering if you're having paintwork done.

Hello has any one replaced these lights to Leds? or any other type? because my ones are dim and falling off and need doing?

I have used these in a previous Tuscan-

Eagle eyes. Waterproof, mega bright.
Fitting is easy because they have a threaded back end with a nut- either get an appropriately sized rubber washer (diameter about 30mm) and put them through that, or, assuming you don't want the existing housing, drill a hole in and put the light through that.
