Hi all - first post - have read a few posts regards L200's - both good & bad - am thinking of buying a 2010 Barbarian (106K miles) for under 9 grand - good or bad deal? Any comments

Good deal is a subjective thing. Service history? Condition? Extra spec? Do you like it? Have you driven it? Vat Qualifying?

All stamps - dealer will do service, MoT & Timing Belt (if its got less than 10k to go), vgc, standard spec I think - nice to drive - just wondering if price / miles ratio is OK

You don't say if it's Manual or auto or whether the price is plus vat but either way £9000 is an at least reasonable price.

Have you seen the vehicle in person? The condition of pick ups can vary wildly due to the variety of uses so have a good look as there are plenty of ex-builder type trucks out there.

Thanks for that - manual - no VAT & good condition - think I'll go for it tomorrow - and it seems not to have been a builders / farmers truck!
