LONDON (Reuters) - Rocker and reality TV star Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon have suffered another blow at their country mansion after they had to flee when a fire broke out while they were in bed.
The blaze started in the living room of the mansion at Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire, after the heat from a fireplace ignited wood panelling.
The former Black Sabbath frontman and his wife, who were not injured, were roused by an alarm and ran into the garden with their pets.
Two staff members were treated at the scene after breathing in smoke, a fire service spokesman said.
Sharon Osbourne told The Sun newspaper she was devastated by the fire.
"I am beginning to wonder when this bad luck's ever going to stop," she said.
Last November, thieves broke into the mansion and stole a large amount of jewellery.
Eleven months before the burglary, Ozzy Osbourne suffered a near-fatal crash on his quad bike in the mansion grounds.

her bad luck? HER bad luck?? what about us poor feckers that have to see Ozzy Osbourne's stupid leering face on TV all the time? or listen to her hateful over-sincere 'ooo look i care about you, the little people' tone in those fecking asda adverts? or giving advice to 'lesser-folks' on appearance, after only sorting herself out with the aid of a surgeons knife? if you look up 'condescending' in the dictionary, theres a picture of Sharon Osbourne. looking down on you.
and have you ever actually heard a black sabbath record? god-awful.
sorry gang. don't know where that came from. all I'm saying is ill use more petrol next time.

apologies. of course i could. why didnt i think of that? gosh, thanks. except of course shes on every channel, like most widley marketed adverts. but a good point all the same brian. why have an opinion, when i can just remain utterley neutral on all things, ever? especially those things that might form the basis of a non-serious rant with a view to possibly making light of a situation. this new philosophy is going to free up HUGE amounts of time.
you realise i wasnt serious right? if not, for those of you watching that are representatives of the fire service (and good work they do too) (though im only hearing that from others obviously, when i see a fire, i look away: i dont look at anything that offends or upsets me now) i would like to stress i wasnt planning to use more petrol next time, despite my earlier deadly serious post. that would be un-environmentally friendly, expensive and not condusive to relations with persons of equal rights and entitlements.
gald we cleared that up.

Good grief, take a look at yourself and stop being so acrid!
Whether or not you like the fact that they are famous, or considerably richer that you (yow!) you should not be so narrow minded.
As a family, they have had an awful lot to deal with. Whether or not you like them, you cannot wish the luck that they've had as of late on anyone. The woman has fought a very, very agressive form of cancer and luckily come through it. Many people don't. Whether or not her kids are spoilt, they still have to have dealt with the severe trauma that is a parent having cancer. I hope you are never unlucky enough to have it happen to you but, until it does (god forbid) I suggest you don't pass judgement on something you know nothing about. As a subsequent effect, two of the children developed dependable drug habits. Now, again - whether you do or whether you don't like them, that is HIGHLY traumatic for a parent to go through. They have to deal with the trauma of where they have gone wrong, why their children turned out like they did. I hope your children never go off the rails, then you won't know what physical and emotional hurt it causes you.
After dealing with both of those HUGE issues as a family, they then had the 'leader' (admittedly, he's an ex-junkie who's mentally unstable) sustaining massive injuries through a quad crash. Something which again would/did affect the children. That's their father...Whether you do (or obviously don't) have a compassionate bone in your body you should/would realise that children do have some sort of bond with someone who fathered them.
After all of that, they've had two VERY personal things happen to them - invasions of their home. Whether you agree or disagree with the fact of whether they should/should not have millions of pounds worth of jewellery - they do. It was stolen by theives entering their home, invading their personal space. Then, within months they have their home invaded again, this time by an unfortunate accident of fire.
At the end of the day, as crass and obtrusive as they are, The Osbournes are making a living out of manipulating people that can be manipulated. But what has really riled me is the fact they they have had an AWFUL lot to deal with as of late. Whether you like them or not, you cannot deny the fact that everybody has to make a living and everyone (to a degree) has to have family around them to support through trauma and tragedy. As a unit, they've had an awful lot to deal with and I think you should have a little more sympathy for them as a result; personal issues aside.
 over. Sorry about that!

indeed it has. my sincerest apologies to anyone and/or any Osbourne's i may have caused offense to.
as i said before, and as i would have thought was obvious from my post, i was JOKING. but no matter, you, as i, have a right to your opinion and i will respect yours and tender my apologies.
i see absolutely no difference between what i said and any of the other innumerate threads that are currently running on here about, equally, if not more contentious issues, and why my post (which if i hadn't mentioned it was a joke, i rarely burn peoples houses down now) should incur such a personal wrath and none others i cannot fathom.
posts that are light-hearted in intent about such serious matters seem to be the bread and butter of this forum. if we all shut up about everything that may cause offense to anyone, especially when written in jest (whether that failed in its intent or not, perhaps i should insert more emoticons and flags?) i fear that this forum would go awfully quiet, awfully quickly. again, i mean no offense to you, whatsoever, but cast your eye through any number of recent threads that can be found here (the Michael Jackson case for example) and you will find an equal number of similar posts. i know there is no defense in 'we'll everyone else is doing it' and i take every point of your reply as my full and own responsibility, but why my post should be singled out for quite such an attack, is puzzling to me.
in short it was meant to amuse, not outrage, but my apologies that it so clearly has.
and, for reference, with regard to 'taking a look at myself' Ive had cancer, my step dad currently has cancer, two of my best friends died from cancer and my third remaining closest friend has just been diagnosed with prostate cancer. i think that allows me some insight into the horror of the scenario that you so accurately point out. of course, i don't know as much as i could, but i have an idea. you'll note that i made no comment about Sharon Osbourne's illness, merely her TV 'persona'.
And whilst I'm looking at myself, i note that i work full time for a charity that looks to help and enhance the lives of children that have difficult upbringings and awful, terrible, painful pasts and futures. so, please, before you tell me that I'm unable to grasp the complexities of the Osbourne family dynamic at least allow me the benefit of the doubt. again, i don't know as much as i could, i have some insight. plus, you'll note i made no comment on the drug dependencies or rehabilitation of either of her children. indeed, i did not mention them. to imply i did is simply inaccurate, though it does serve to strengthen the validity of your response.
once again and for the record, i was joking. but i sincerely apologies that i clearly annoyed you so much.
best wishes,
Matt.

I must've have bypassed the funny joke. I do not have problems with alternative views on celebrities etc. It is a free country. However, I think personal/background issues should be considered more especially in this case. It's well documented that Michael Jackson is a fruitloop - so I'm a hypocrite in everything I say
Ah well. Live and let live. Go slag off Michael Jackson or Photoshop RafDug, both are very, very amusing! (Bless you Raf! They're genius!)
