Which Coolant?

Hi all, I am wondering whether i have bought the right coolant for my MINI. You would have thought this would be fairly simple like oil, where the handbook tells you what grade to get, but it doesn't, and a google search just makes things more complicated!

The one i bought is this stuff, from Halfords

The car is going in to Sussex Road and Race on wednesday to get the (very slow) leak checked out. I am thinking its best to to up with water if i can't be sure the antifreeze is right!

I just used BMW stuff, wasn't expensive really for 1.5lts
