The Wheel Alignment Centre Southampton

I took my Bentley Continental GT in there as soon as I bought it. Since then I have had the calipers removed and powder coated so was wondering if I would need to get the alignment checked again.
I have emailed Nick twice with no response.
I've never taken a Bentley apart, but I highly doubt that removing a caliper would affect wheel alignment. I have emailed Nick twice with no response.

When he didn't respond to the first e-mail did you not think to pick up the telephone and call him?I have emailed Nick twice with no response.
He probably could have answered your question and booked you in in the same amount of time it would have taken you to compose your original e-mail.
In general I have nothing but praise - I've taken several cars to Nick over the years and would recommend him without question.

Yes I did. But as I live and work in Holland from Monday to Friday I thought a quick email via his company website would be a little cheaper. If you are willing to pay my mobile bill I will happily give him a call.He probably could have answered your question and booked you in in the same amount of time it would have taken you to compose your original e-mail.

I have also used Nick for a number of years as he did my DB9 and as I said, Bentley.
Rather than bother Nick with a call I thought I would gauge opinion on the forum and make a decision from there.
Anyway.. many thanks for your valuable input.
Had a new set of tyres fitted recently to my Mk.3 Skoda Octavia VRS, at a large well-known tyre fitters in the South.
At the same time, I had a four-wheel tracking done on their 'laser' alignment jig. I told the guy that the steering wheel was slightly off-centre, and the car had not been handling terribly well lately - probably due to all the pot-holes I've had to drive over. When I drove away, the steering wheel was still slightly off-centre and the car didn't handle much better.
So yesterday I took it to Nick at The Wheel Alignment Centre, which I should have done in the first place. The first thing he said when he got in the car was 'ah I see the steering wheel is lightly off-centre, that must be a bit annoying?!'
He then asked me about how the car was handling, and I explained it to him. Once the equipment was fitted, he looked at the computer screen and said 'ah, I reckon you car is handling like this / that...' which, to my astonishment, was exactly right.
He showed me which settings were miles out of adjustment, and then quickly re-set all four wheels for me (the Mk. 3 VRS has adjustable rear suspension as well).
I drove home in what I can only describe as a completely different vehicle. For 40 quid cash.
This man can only be described as a handling grand wizard in my opinion, and I highly recommend him to anyone! As said by others, good coffee too...

He gets a lot of phone calls during his work. You then find he is the help desk for the alignment equipment manufacturer. So, he is not only doing your alignment correctly he is advising others how to do it as well.Steve
He’s a wizard for sure. I got new tyres last year, the fitters offered me alignment I declined saying I was off elsewhere the next day to get alignment. Like above he said “I bet it skips when cornering” “sure does” “it won’t now” and sure enough it was like a different car. The next day I headed off for the Stelvio Pass knowing it would handle a treat.
Bumping this old thread because I've just visited here and wanted to add to the positive feedback.
Took my mk3 MX5 in today and it only needed two corners adjusting.
He said I would feel a big difference but wasn't expecting much after such a quick adjustment however the car is transformed.
I thought it was fine before but it now feels so much more like my mki and just nicer to drive.
On top of this he gave me a discount because he was finished so quickly (full price was cheap enough!) AND he does the best coffee I've had in any garage/workshop.
