Removing 20" wheels without damaging them

Is it possible to get a 19mm socket that is rubber coated or similar on the outside, so that it doesn't scratch the socket of the wheel when removing the wheel bolts?

I have tried wrapping my socket in electrical insultation tape but its not fool proof.
