I recently found my late father's watch. He died 35 years ago (in his early 50s) and I'd wondered what had happened to it.

It's an Avia Incabloc and whilst its not valuable it has high sentimental value to me, and I love its simple low-key design.

It needs a service.

Suggestions of where to have this done gratefully received please. I live near Thame in Oxfordshiee, and work in London Bridge, or could post it, I guess.

Thanks and apologies for the poor quality camera phone picture (aken before I had a new Hirsch strap fitted).

If you're prepared to post, try Variomatic on here.

Another vote for Joe (Variomatic). He sucessfully resurrected my SKX007, repaired a friends rare titanium Seiko and although he doesn't post here anymore it seems, if you email me I'll give you his contact details.

Co incidentally a friend of mine has an old Avia Incabloc he needs repairing as well!.
