C2 with 427ci V8 required for photoshoot

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone has a 60s C2 with a 427ci V8 engine. Ideally with a 3sp transmission.

I am looking to photograph just the engine to use in a video game.

Any help / pointers would be greatly received.

You're not asking in the right place - you won't find too many C2 owners here. Try CCCUK forum - we'll have C2 owners on there - don't know why it needs to be a 427 (unless it's under-hood images you need) when any coupe will look the same. Most manual transmissions will be 4 speeds. Don't be too surprised if you get a poor response - we tend to get 'photographers', T/V shows and magazines suddenly decide they want to feature a Vette, give just a few days notice, expect owners to take a day off work, rush over to the location, spend the best part of a day hanging around just so their car may (and very often may not!) be seen in the media very often without any offer of mileage of expenses. Sorry to appear sceptical it's continually happening!

I have found one that I hope to photograph next week. I have used PH over the past 18 or so years for photoshoots without issue.

I only need under the hood shots of a 427ci block. Thank you for the information.

Hope it works out for you. As mentioned above, CCUK website is probably the best place to find the rare, older Vettes.
