991 turbo wheels on 997

Hi Guys,

Has anyone fitted 991 Turbo S wheels (centre lock) to a 997 turbo s with centre locks?

Are the fitments the same? Would the larger wheels rub etc?

I've never tried it, but the wheel dimensions are quite similar. Bore and PCD are the same on both 991 and 997 wheels, but offset is different. I believe 991 wheels have an ET51 offset, and the 997 wheels have and ET57 offset, so you'd need to run a 6mm spacer on
the 991 wheels to fit them onto the 997. No idea if the centre locking device is the same...
