Early Porsche - for a Friend

I have a work colleague looking for an early - ish Porsche.

I think pre-90 is where he is looking. Anyone know any that might be in the market?

There are few on dubizzle....thats a wide brief - does he have any idea what he is looking for and what his budget is?

Assume he wants a 911, but may not be the case.........

I know of someone with an SC Targa that may sell. Otherwise there have been a quite a few on Dubizzle recently. Could also look at sourcing one from Japan or the US.

The Tomini cars look great, but more museum pieces than dailys.

That SC looks pretty. There have been a few 964s for sale (early 90s), unless your friend is dead set on a 1990 cut off.

If there has been a manual aircooled 911 on sale in the GCC in the past 6yrs which I haven't been aware of I will eat my hat. These are very rare to find in decent nick so it would pay for him to ether not be choosy or take a buying trip to the states.

You could always go and look at the beautiful manual '964 with RS kit'...which-tragic waste of a nice car- looks more like KITT from Knightrider.
