How bad a part-history do you consider this?

Have the 3 services been done with the same dealer? I would defo ring whomever has serviced it and check to see if they did one in 2015.

Is it a VW or an Audi?

To answer your question: on a 4-5 yr old Honda Jazz with 3 main dealer services, I don't think there's too much to be concerned about in terms of service record. Dealer may confirm it hasnt missed a service after all, but even if it has, it's unliekly to have much if any impact.

If you are concerned about the missing service history to help confirm mileage then look on the DVLA website for M.O.T History.

It would of had its first M.O.T 2015, the exact year the service history is missing.

24,000/Sept 2015. It all stacks up that it's simply forgotten to stamp the book- both mots and 3 services done in September.
