Decided to skip dinner in Union Sq. with Mrs Maranello & friends on Saturday night to work on a few things in the gym. Mrs. came back home, burst into my training telling me that they were sitting next to Britney all evening.

I'm not a Britney fan or anything but she's kinda cute in a all American girl way. Still, I get Britney and you guys have your TVR's. No justice for me.

Note to self: Never turn down dinner & bring digital camera.

Stayed in the same hotel as her in Pensacola, Florida in 2000. Met her mother and her head bouncer and saw her a number of times but didnt speak to her (unfortunately) and I can only say that you did miss out.

Shes astounding.

The highlight of this experience though was walking out of the hotel to get something out of the car. On leaving the hotel I was met by 200 screaming girls expecting the pint sized pop princess, its something that will be with me forever!

When will you people realise that going to the gym is sooooooo bad for you. I used to be a gymjunkie and have ground my knees into bits. Two operations later I was told that I will never be able to run for a bus!

No point blaming Jim for your sore knees......

And isn't that why TVR's were invented, so that you can get there long before the bus even turns up??

Don't use weights. I use the empty gym room with the mirrors so I can correct mistakes(what mistakes).

Agree with you. Gyms are no good(I hear cheer across the Atlantic). Do what I do and use resistance/elastic cords. Better recovery and realistic movement.

Theres only one thing wrong with gyms, the people that go to them (PH company excepted of course) they are without a doubt the most, and rather ironically, inverted slobs I have ever met.

No do what I do and race a kart for an hour and a half after that you will be in no fit state to go the gym anyway. My ribs still ache from Saturday (16th place)
