Canyon Endurance - Anyone got one? Also Di Question.

I am looking for a 'best' bike for weekend rides and events.

After a crash a few years ago I suffer with sore shoulders and neck so I need a comfortable ride that is not agressive.

This bike is billed as being comfy and the Geometry appears to be in between by commute bike (Fuji) and a Planet X Pro Carbon that I had last year. It as a great bike but I hurt a lot more on this due to it be aggressive.

Does anyone have an experience of these?

Also, I can go for the Di? Never used it before so is it a no brainer?

I have heard they could be heavier than expected and slower than you old bike.

All joking aside, A CF SLX with Dura-Ace Di2 in Aero Titanium is the top of my list (currently) for the next bike. Budget constraints may well mean I need to move down the range a little though.

I've got an Endurace AL7 with Ultegra and I'm very pleased with it. Feels light enough and my only gripe is that it looks a bit bland when you meet someone with a brightly coloured carbon aero something or other

I got mine after a new bike consultation at The Bike Whisperer in Newbury on the basis of it's fairly relaxed geometry and the overall quality of the thing.

Endurace SLX 8 Di2 here. Great bike, more racey than a typical sportive bike (Roubaix, Domane, Defy etc.) but still comfy with the split seatpost and more relaxed geometry. 28mm tyres make a difference too.

Not regretted spending the extra on the Di2. The bike was expensive enough so needed to 'feel' the upgrade. Performed flawlessly so far.
