My sister is home this weekend so I'm trying to avoid getting nagged into some tidying. Thinking about exiting stage left for a while and visiting B&Q. Or maybe even Halfwits. I 'ope they're open.

If not might go and gaze in the window of a nearby dealer, see if they have any interesting cars.

Sounds like you need an initial assumption then you need to do some kind of iterative process. What exactly is it you're trying to simulate?

I'm simulating a car accelerating from a standstill over a quarter mile.

I think I have it doing the method you suggest (incrementing time by a small amount each time) but it's a faff!

I'm even getting tired of wall to wall top gear. whats happening here?

Well nothing better than about 100 mph as the conditions were a mixture of rain and mist for most of my trip to Stocksbridge. 'Twas all quite safe though.

Started to feel flu'ey, with a heavy head.

Just been to the shop to get some flu relief (a bottle of red).

So my plan is to have some comfort food (chips and red wine gravy) with a few glasses of red and watch DVD's on my sofa tucked up in my duvet.

Went to bed in the middle of the night, got up in the middle of the afternoon.
Done a few bits and pieces in the workshop (Wedge headlamp motors anyone?), still avoiding progress in the bathroom.
Just about to have peppercorn kievs and rice, then off to the pub with the guys for a bevy or three, while me Julie does my ironing, blackleads the grate and vacuums the Villa from top to bottom
