How to change the title on a sticky thread ?

Here in East Yorks we're looking at changing our regular PH meet from 3rd monday of the month to 1st thursday of the month in an attempt to re-invigorate what was once a well attended meet.

Is it possible to amend the title of the sticky thread in the Regional PH boards to reflect this, or can we perhaps remove the old thread and start a new one ?
