.... for giving the day car a thorough seeing to in the cleaning department?!

It took 3 hours to completely wash it down and wax with a good internal clean and hoovering - and I`m knackered now!

Funny thing is, when I did that to the TVR last week, it was much more pleasureable

Ahh but I bet you're experiencing *that* warm afterglow of feel good factor following a workout!

Hmmm...time for a cup of tea, maybe?

3 hours? Pah!

When BG has a good going over, it takes 8 hours on the Sat, and another 8 on the Sun, then finishing off and final faffing about the following weekend.

I slept through til about 2pm (not lazy git, on nightshift!) then found myself curiously drawn to digging over a raised section of garden between patio and workshop (read: large tatty shed). I decided a couple of days ago that Im going to pavier it so I can sit and soak up the afternoon sun with a bottle, sorry glass, or two in the coming months. BUT... What was I thinking... In the time it took me to weed, rake and level this patch of garden, I could have washed, polished and hoovered the porshe, possibly even given the leather seats a treatment too...What in gods name was I thinking

last weekend I changed the oil, cleaned, polished scrubbed the wheels and tidied up the odd bit of rust that was appearing on the chassis. I started at 8:30 on Saturday morn and was just finishing when I went out in the evening at 7.

Suffice to say the car gleams
