Euro-trip advice and tips

Hi, basically I'm hoping somebody could offer some help either specific or otherwise about roads or areas that are amazing to drive on my trip this year.
Over the last 2 years I've started driving across different parts of Europe in 2015 I did France, driving down to the monaco f1 stopping at Paris, Le Mans, Monaco and then Normandy on the way home.
In 2016 I drove to the German f1 in hockenheim stopping off at Amsterdam, cologne and Frankfurt.
Both of these trips were amazing but it was all motorway driving and once the novelty of the autobahn wore off it was very much just a wait until the next stop.
This year I'm going to the Hungary f1 I will be going to Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Budapest, Vienna and Stuttgart. There must be some stunning routes along the way that I will no doubt miss so any little pointers would be great.
